New Cyber Awareness Platform Integration with happier IT Portal
As businesses and organizations continue to incorporate new IT tools into their businesses, company administrators struggle with numerous consoles to view detailed reporting information.
At happier IT, we have an ongoing initiative to simplify IT by aggregating reporting into our Portal, providing a single, consolidated space where our clients can view their IT & cybersecurity-related reports.
While we have had our Report Vault, which captures and stores reports sent via email, we have also been working hard to develop deeper integrated reporting for the most popular systems in use by our clients.
Today we are excited to announce the completion of our enhanced integration with our Employee Cyber Security Awareness Training platform. happier IT Clients that leverage our Employee Cyber Security Awareness Training platform can now view detailed reporting in real-time, including each employee's ESS (Employee Secure Score), completion of training, test scores, and simulated phishing fail rate.
This integration enables our client's IT contacts/administrators to easily supervise the effectiveness of the platform, determine which users may need additional training/help, and identify users that fail to complete training courses.
